Data is gathered from our West Grove, Pa., trials (Zone 6a). Southern growers: expect 1-2 weeks earlier finishing. Northern growers: 1 week slower. Consider summertime scheduling accurate. Dates based on a standard 72 liner size.

Notes/Pitfall Management
Intended as a foliage crop but does flower after overwintering. Low mist and slightly drying media for propagation. Overall does not like to stay wet in production. Better vigor and health when grown dry.

Propagation Guide
Media EC/pH: EC 0.75-0.80 mmhos/pH 5.8-6.2
Soil Temperature: 70-72°F (21-22°C)
Rooting Hormone: 500 ppm IBA
Mist: Low to moderate
Fertilization: 50-75 ppm N starting day 7
Pinching: Pinch once, prior to transplant.
Transplanting: 35-42 days after sticking
Comments: Mist enough to rehydrate cuttings. Do not over-mist beyond Day 2 or 3. Saturated media will delay rooting. Remove from mist before completely rooted and dry media slightly to encourage rooting and better uniformity.
